Eagan Students Compete in State Cross Country Meets
Eagan runners participated in the Class 1A and 2A state races.
Eagan students participated in the state girls cross country meet at St. Olaf College on Nov. 2.
Two runners from Trinity School at River Ridge in Eagan competed in the class 1A meet. Sophomore Becca Wilkin finished in third place overall with a time of 14:52.3. Junior Lotus Schifsky finished in 15:40.5, 31st place overall.
The Eagan High School girls cross country team finished in ninth place in the class 2A race. Junior Anna Van Wyk was the highest placing Eagan High School runner. She finished in fourth place overall with a time of 14:30.0.
