MEET RESULTS
NORTHFIELD, Minn. -- The Augsburg College women's cross country team particpated at the St. Olaf College Invitational on Saturday, recording a 13th place finish in the team competiton.
The Auggies, who were competing in their first 6,000-meter race of the season, were led by
Kacie Bahr SR, Brainerd, Minn.), who recorded the team's top individual time in the competition. Bahr, who finished the race with a time of 25:28, finished in 75th place and improved her time from last season's Ole Invite by more than a minute.
Haley Diem (JR, Stillwater, Minn.) and
Anika Clark (SO, Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville North HS) finished just behind Bahr, recording times of 25:33 and 25:42, respectively, at the meet. Diem's time is an improvement of two minutes from the same race last season.
Hannah Ehling (FY, Montevideo, Minn.) and
Jennifer Pulscher (SR, Colorado Springs, Colo./Liberty HS) rounded out the Augsburg top five, as Ehling finished with a time of 26:08, and Pulscher recorded a time of 26:51.
Also competing for Augsburg were
Shayla Fulford (SO, Perham, Minn.) and
Carissa Miller (JR, Woodbury, Minn.), who recorded times of 27:59 and 29:03, respectively.
The Auggies will return to action Friday, Sept. 30 at the University of Eau Claire-Blugold Open.
