Orono Boys and Annandale Girls Take Wright County Conference Championships

The Orono boys team placed three runners in the top 10 on their way to the Wright Conference championship with Mound-Westonka in 2nd and Delano in 3rd. Individually, Troy Koivisto (Dassel-Cokato) takes the top spot, completing the 5k course in 16:17.88. Parker Wharram (Mound-Westonka) was close on his heels, finishing with a time of 16:19.08.

Girls Results
Class A #8 Annandale sweeps all three races on the girl's side. Hutchinson took 2nd and Waconia 3rd in the varsity race. Taylor Alama (Annandale) paced the Cardinals with a 15:33.02 win on the 4k course, with 3 of her teammates finishing in the top 5 as well. Tori Burr (Glencoe-Silver Lake) was the runner-up wiht a time of 15:36.87.
