Greetings from Portland and Nike Nationals!

The race was really fun today but hard. I slipped a bit at the start and the course was muddy in spots. I was in about 50 place at the mile mark and moved up to 42 at the 4 km mark.  I was able to finish hard and finished in 35th place with a time of 18:35.

It has been a great experience so far.
