Congratulations to all of the athletes who competed in this past weekend's MSHSL Class A and Class AA Track and Field Championships. We were fortunate to have great weather to make it an enjoyable weekend for athletes and spectators alike. Through the performances this weekend, 367 athletes earned National Elite Status through MileSplit, meeting the silver standard and being recognized on the national level.

The Minnesota State High School League Track and Field State Tournament will be hosted at Klas Field on the Hamline University campus on June 10-11, 2011. On June 10th the meet will begin with the Class AA 3200 race, followed by preliminary heats in several events. Field events will also begin at 9am. The Class A athletes will take the field at 3pm closing with the finals in the 3200 meter run at 4:50 pm (girls) and 5:05 pm (boys). This also marks the first MSHSL State Track and Field Meet with wheelchair events. Below is a quick preview into each event by class.
