Where: Generals XC Course at Thomas Nelson High School, 150 Generals Blvd., Bardstown KY 40004
Shooo dawgies! Cmon out to the 18th Annual Hillbilly Run! Were dad gum guaranteein a good time for you and your people. It aint like no reglar race. We do things a bit difrent in these parts. Miss this meet and yer teams liable to be ornerier than a pack of ring-tailed wampus cats!
After last years HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL running on the course at Thomas Nelson, we can say without a doubt that our new venue is better than our old in every way. Free, close parking for both buses and cars, indoor restrooms, hot sandwiches and cold drinks at the concession stand, and a great competitive course with the most exciting stadium finish youll ever see at a XC race! Plenty of room in the chute for recovering athletes, and everyone can see great! Our athletes, spectators, and coaches all loved it! And we keep all your favorite Hillbilly Run traditions (cannon, hillbilly rabbit, music, etc.) intact!
Plus, for those missing the Hillbilly Run Course, well once again be hosting the BLUEGRASS BOLT weeknight invitational in October, and any team that comes to the 2016 Hillbilly Run gets a DRASTICALLY reduced entry fee to the Bolt. Check it out!
Furthermore, we will be offer boys and girls Elementary A races for teams top ten runners, and any school entering A teams gets to run an UNLIMITED number of runners in the following popsicle race ABSOLUTELY FREE! The popsicle race will be coach-timed and unscored, but every finisher gets a delicious ice-cold refreshing POPSICLE! NICE!

Awards: CUSTOM Medals go to the top 10 individuals in each race, with CUSTOM trophies to top two individual and team winners of each race. Saa-aa-aaa-lute!
