The Skinny: It's a smaller meet in which Hastings really stands out, so they should be very well here. Nogle has been running very well recently and is well on his way to a potential spot at State. Expect SSP's top three runners (Kelly, Kelly, and Costa) to work like they did at the Swain Invitational and run together near the front and finish with the top three if Urban doesn't win.
