Happy March 13th folks!!!
Or as we at MileSplit Minnesota call it this year, the first day of track and field practice.
It's more of the same for the first day of outdoor track and field practice in Minnesota, with snow covering most of the state, the same low temperatures, and thousands of excited athletes ready to train and compete.
Even with the wintery weather still hanging around, the tracks will be shoveled, the distance runners will go for their long runs, and many will train inside until the weather cooperates.
To get ready for the outdoor track and field season, and the short extension of the indoor season (weather pending), check out the rankings, advice, features, and more below!
