Joseph Minor (Minneapolis Washburn, Sr)
The #2 returner from last year's State XC meet continuously showed his fitness with a stellar track season. With the 2nd fastest 3200 of all returners this spring, and impressive head to head victories, including defeating Acer Iverson and Austin Streit in both the 1600 and the 3200 in their True Team Section with brilliant tactical racing, Minor appears to be in a strong position heading into the XC season. Of course, he'll first have to make it out of the brutal section 6AA, but Minor has some of the best experience in the State: he was a crucial part of Washburn's shocking upset over Edina and Wayzata to advance to the State XC meet in 2015.
