FOREST LAKE (6)
Forest Lake is a team that is consistently in the top ten at the state meet. This year they are returning a young team but lost one of their top runners in Regan Duffy. Their top two will be freshman so there could be some surprise performances. Forest Lake didn't have many notable performances during the track season and a few of their top runners do not look to be in as strong of form. Things can change by the cross country season but they will need some runners to step up to keep them in the top ten.
