The top five girls teams stayed consistent but the bottom six saw lots of shifting including the addition of a new team with formidable front runners. Individually, in the absence of hard numbers several new, young runners made into to the poll while experienced runners training through races fell out of the rankings. On the boys side, very little team movement occurred but a new individual no. 1 and lots of changes went down in the bottom part of the polls.
