St. Francis star Maggie Ewen rewrote Minnesota high school record books before heading on to an NCAA Championship and All-American career at Arizona State.

The last decade of Minnesota high school track & field produced many of the all-time best performances in throwing circles around the state. Both events saw over half the top ten all-time performances come from the span of 2010-19.
