The top boy's returner in Minnesota has entered the rankings. Emmet Anderson has a 15:09.40 PR which is 17.20 seconds better than anyone else in the state. Though Staples-Motley and West Central have graduated a few runners, they still come back this fall as the favorites for the section title.
