Rilwan Alowonle (300m Hurdles)

The most dominant performer on this list is Rilwan Alowonle who holds the top seven times all-time in the 300m hurdles. Alowonle is one of two runners with marks under 37.50 in our database, the other being Mitch Potter. He is also the only athlete with 300m hurdle times under 37.00, which he accomplished four times in a two-week period in 2012. In 2012 Alowonle went undefeated in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles, and in 2011 in only lost in those events once after finishing 4th in the prelims at state for the 110m hurdles. 

Not in our database is Dan Bannister from Minneapolis North who ran a 36.97 in 1987.
