The 2022 Minnesota cross country season is off to a hot start with fast times, big team and individual wins, personal bests, and yes hot temperatures. This past week we had a full slate of meets to fill the calendar and as usual, there were some amazing performances we have to highlight for our runner of the week poll. 

Each week of the season you will have the chance to vote for a male and female runner of the week, based on the previous week's meet results. 

So without further ado, here are this week's nominees for the Minnesota male cross country runner of the week for September 4-10.
