Why: Culture is what drove my decision a lot. When I visited, I was
able to meet some of the other throwers on the team who were really nice guys
and I could tell they wanted to have fun but still put themselves in the best
position to succeed. That really pretty much certified my decision. Everything
just seemed like a good fit.
