The Lakeville Applejack Invitational has a long and rich history in its 52-year existence, as almost every year it attracts some of Minnesota's top talent (and sometimes top talent from other states too). Among the meet's greatest moments are Obsa Ali's sub-15 minute win in 2014, the sheer speed in the girls 2001 race which has four of the top 13 recorded 4k times, and Maria Hauger's utter dominance between 2010 ans 2012.
