The contributing staff at MileSplit Minnesota is thinking spring with the announcement of our all-decade track & field teams. For the sake of breaking things up in to manageable segments, we'll go with three tiers of teams in each of eight categories:
- Short Sprints (100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x200m)
- Long Sprints (400m, 4x400m)
- Mid-Distance (800m, 4x800)
- Distance (1600m, 3200m)
- Hurdles (110H, 300H)
- Horizontal Jumps (TJ, LJ)
- Vertical Jumps (HJ, PV)
- Throws (SP, DT)
We'll be releasing the teams for each group separately so let's get it started with the best girls short sprint athletes of the last decade.
