MileSplit Minnesota caught up with Villanova University alum and Class of 1995 Dawson-Boyd High School graduate Carrie Tollefson recently to talk about her prep and college career, as well as her best professional moments and her future looking ahead. First off how are you doing? How has COVID-19 and the quarantine changed your life?

We are doing ok. Thank you. Life with COVID-19 has totally changed our day-to-day. My three small children are home with me while my husband has continued to work. All of my in-person events have been canceled but I have continued to do some of my work from home. I am working hard on my podcast, C Tolle Run, I am doing my work as a National Fitness Director for a company called Moms on the Run, I have a few clients that I coach myself, along with other events that I am attending and promoting virtually.
