Dick Beardsley hasn't always been a standout runner, but he worked his way to the top and never quit. After getting his start at Wayzata High School, he went onto a prolific running career as a world-class marathoner. Since his running career came to a halt, his life hasn't been easy but he always kept working and trying to make an impact through his life story.
