With the MSHSL Outdoor Track & Field season coming up, what is some advice you would offer new athletes and returning ones?

In a time where there is an incredible amount of stress on high school students I'll say this; don't let track be an additional source of tension. I'm not saying don't take your season seriously, I'm saying let track be a release. Taking the initiative to enjoy the sport will set everyone in your circle up for success.
