Jok has been on the rise for years as she holds the eighth-grade class record in the high jump with a mark of 5' 9", and the freshman class record with a mark of 5' 9". She won the Class AA state titles those seasons, and now she is back better than ever for her senior year.

This year she set a new PR of 5' 10" and is ever so close to breaking the state high jump record of 6' 0" set by Blaines Madison Schmidt in 2019. She seems to be hitting her stride at the right time, with jumps of 5' 6", 5' 8", and 5' 10" in her last three meets.
