Minnesota Adds Immense Talent with In-State Recruits

VanAcker is a talented distance runner from Forest Lake who specializes in the 1600m, 3200m, and XC 5K. Last spring he set new PRs of 4:26.09 in the 1600m, and 9:26.37 in the 3200m en route to appearances at state in both events. This past fall he was the 3rd place finisher at state for cross country in Class AAA. The senior will look to bring that momentum into this spring track and field season, and improve on his PRs from last season.
