State cross country champions are crowned every year in Minnesota, but we also have runners who drastically improved their 5K times at the state meet every year. 

Here we look at those runners who most improved their 5K time at the Minnesota State Cross Country Championships from the 2021 meet to yesterday's 2022 meet.
