The St. Olaf High School Showcase has long been one of the premier early season cross country meets in Minnesota. It's a great early-season challenge for many of Minnesota's top teams and runners and can be a springboard for national prominence (see 2022 results by Abbey Nechanicky and Noah Breker.).
The Showcase provides an excellent opportunity for teams to race on one of the premier cross country courses in the country. Over the last 30 years, St. Olaf has been the site of the numerous MSHSL Cross Country Championships, MIAC Championships, and the NCAA Regional and National Championships. The course covers rolling grass fields and trails that weave in and out of the St. Olaf Natural Lands.
