The Minnesota State High School League Track and Field State Tournament will be hosted at Klas Field on the Hamline University campus on June 10-11, 2011. On June 10th the meet will begin with the Class AA 3200 race, followed by preliminary heats in several events. Field events will also begin at 9am. The Class A athletes will take the field at 3pm closing with the finals in the 3200 meter run at 4:50 pm (girls) and 5:05 pm (boys). This also marks the first MSHSL State Track and Field Meet with wheelchair events. Below is a quick preview into each event by class.
This year, the Raptors made the section True Team meet twice as sweet as both the boys and girls teams won the section championship and qualified for the Class AA True Team state meet. (via www.woodburybulletin.com)
