It was an impressive season last year for junior Kya Phillips as she took home the first State Championship for Cristo Rey Jesuit in any sport. In addition, her Class A-winning performance of 56.40 last spring is comfortably the fastest of any returning female 400m runner. Of course, The Blake School's Robbie Grace (also a Class A runner) is no slouch either, entering 2018 with three top-three finishes to her credit in the 400m.
