Rosemount's defending State Champion Shae Buchman may have run the second-fastest high school 100m hurdle time in Minnesota history, but that doesn't mean she'll be have an easy time defending her title this spring. After all, right on her heels are two other athletes in Julia Hayes and Natalie Windels who own the 12th and 13th fastest times on that same list.
