Workout Wednesday: Mounds View Gets Ready For Sections



It's MEA Weekend, and we took a trip to Mounds View on Saturday for a two-part workout featuring some 800m repeats on one side and a four-mile temp on the other.

3-5 800m Repeats @ Threshold Pace

2-2.5 min rest

The Workout (Varsity)

4-mile Tempo Run (>5:30 pace)

2x300m @ faster than race pace (on track)
