Former state champions Mason Ferlic and Obsa Ali will face off in the 3000m Steeplechase at the 2021 USATF Grand Prix at Oregon Relays. They will run tomorrow April 24th at 3:04 PST on NBCSN.
Ferlic was the NCAA D1 Track and Field 3000m Steeplechase Champion in 2016, while Ali accomplished the same feat in 2018. They are both former standout Minnesota high school athletes who won multiple state championships. They will both look to make the USA Olympic team this year in their respective events.
