Tomorrow Staples-Motley will host a bevvy of Class As best teams at the 57th Central Minnesota River Run. The Central Minnesota River Run is one of the oldest continuous high school cross country meets in Minnesota. 

This year the field includes the Class A ranked boys Park Rapids and the Staples-Motley boys and girls. Ranked individuals include Brandon Kampsen, Issiah Tabatt, Kyanna Burton, Caroline Kuehne, Aften Robinson, and Audrey Brownell.

Here we look at the projected individual race and the overall team races based on the participating runners previous best personal best 5K times.
