While the season normally starts a week before the meet, the St. Olaf High School Showcase is the big kick-off for the fall cross country season and this season is no exception! The 2022 Showcase will feature many of the state's best teams and runners across all classes, all looking to assert their dominance early in the season.
The meet historically hasn't been one of the fastest of the season, but last year's runners tried to dispel that notion to the tune of 6 of the boy's top ten times and four of the girl's top ten times all-time happening at last year's race.
Here we look at the top 5K times all-time at the St. Olaf High School Showcase and the top 4K times from past meets when the girls ran that distance.
