Hello everyone! Our names are Erica and Amber Seidenkranz. We run cross country at Monticello High School. Erica is a Senior and Amber is a sophomore.
We have led our team for several years and it's been a great ride. Team members Corinne Steele and Amber Stoick are seniors while Mariah Betzler and Brooke Rasmussen are juniors. Krista Steele is a freshman.
After a hard season of training, we recently went on to win the Minnesota Class AA Cross Country Team State Championship. This was the first State title of any kind for our school which was amazing. It was the most rewarding experience!
A week later we went on to win the Nike Heartland XC Regional Championships. So in 2 weeks our team will be heading to Portland, Oregon to compete in the Nike Nationals.
We are very thankful of the success our team has had this year and the past few years! We work hard, but we like to have fun and goof around as well. We'll send out updates as we keep training towards Nationals.
