White Bear Lake
White Bear Lake had a dream season last year, pulling a major upset of Stillwater and winning their section, ultimately placing fourth at last year's State Meet. This team returns only three of their scoring seven from that team, but having qualified for State in ten of the past eleven years, they probably won't have much issue rebuilding one more year. Their top three returners, who ran on their State team last year, are Max Nelson, Tryg Solberg, and Isaac Maruyama. All three had great track seasons, with Isaac probably making the greatest gains of the three by running 2:02 in the 800m and 4:30 in the 1600m as a sophomore. Logan Tanttu and Sam Racine give this team a solid top five, but depth could be a concern.
