The Skinny: Jake Peschel of Academy of Holy Angels is the favorite here. Running consistently in the mid-17s this season he will look to continue his fine form on a challenging course. Teammates Luke Miller and Liam Shelley will be challenged by Joe Lynch of Saint Anthony Village for the second and third spot. Academy of Holy Angels will take this victory comfortably, projected to win by 60 points!

The Skinny: The Vis girls are projected to take the top 9 spots here! Perhaps the most dominant performance by a single team in all of the conferences across the state. It will likely be some combination of their top runners for the top three with the closest non-Vis competition coming from Meredith Thompson of Concordia. The team title is almost a guarantee for Visitation with Saint Anthony Village taking a firm grasp on second place with DeLaSalle rounding out the top three.
