Every cross country season the Nike Heartland Regional is one of the biggest meets that the region has to offer with teams and runners from Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin coming together at Yankton Trail Park to race to be the best of the best and for national qualifying spots.
We are less than a week away from the 2023 Nike Heartland Regional in South Dakota where some of the best runners and teams in the nation will clash for regional supremacy.
Like all years, the Heartland region is deep with the best runners in each state and some of the best runners nationally.
