With three runners finishing in the top 10, Proctor was able to secure the conference championship by 4 points over Ashland. Ashland's Bryce Miller took the individual title in 15:46.7, followed by Proctor's two top runners - Romeo Benish (15:53.4) and Matt Welch (16:03.8), and Ashland's Jsoh Smith (16:06.7) in 4th. But it was Proctor's next two runners that cemented the championship for them with Zach Smith and Jacob Welch both finishing ahead of Ashland's 3rd runner.

Girls Results
Leah Holmes (Superior) has had a very good October, taking 1st in the competitive Swain Invite in Duluth, followed by a 1st place finish in the Hibbing Rotary Invite, and now a conference title with a time of 15:10.6. Leah paced her team to a first place team finish as well, topping Hermantown by 10 points with all 7 Superior runners finishing in the top 15 and earning all-conference honors. Hermantown runners Natalie Stauber (15:14.6) and Nikki Roach (16:10.0) took 2nd and 3rd place.
