Qualifying for NXN the previous two years, Edina is still a force to be reckoned with. Graduating state champion Patrick Roos may have taken a hit to the team's chances of repeating, but junior Max Manley has done a fine job making up that lost edge in his place.
Edina took fourth at the Roy Griak Invitational in September, which was one of their more impressive races. Although Edina lost to Dowling Catholic, it has proven in previous years that it can peak at the right time, so don't be surprised if it makes a big jump to take that second spot.
