Thusly, Dowling Catholic and Pleasant Valley have competed all year against each other, exchanging wins over each other at the Bobcat XC invitational, Roy Griak, and state.
The only showing where Pleasant Valley faced off against multiple other teams in the Heartland region was at Roy Griak, where it took 14th. Taking fifth in this race last year and with motivation to beat some of the teams they lost to at Griak, watch out for Spartan Nation.
