Minnetonka
In Minnesota, two teams from each section earn a trip to the state meet. Coming out of the "Section of Death", which includes Wayzata and Edina, Minnetonka was unable to qualify for the state meet. But not racing for this extended period of time could have a positive effect: the Skippers could come in fresh and could put on a strong showing .
Also, if senior Adam Wilkinson can run the way he did at the beginning of the season, he should be able to propel his team up in the team race. Either way, the team's track record has earned them a top eight prediction at NXR Heartland.
