The Skinny: It looks to be a three team race with several possible outcomes based on which team can have the better fifth man. Detroit Lakes PRs say they could have six or even seven inside the top 25, something contenders Frazee and Alexandria may not be able to replicate. If they can, the other numbers look close enough that every low stick will be crucial in the first 30 finishers. Frazee's split looks smaller but Detroit Lakes five should be faster.
GIRLS

The Skinny: The question here will be if a small group of women can break up the potential perfect score for Alexandria. The Cardinals posted a 1-7 sweep last week with an incredible 13 second split. While its not likely they will duplicate that feet this week, everyone in class A will be watching to see how low the Alexandria fifth runner goes after posting a low 21 minute team average, while being unchallenged at Brainerd last week.
