Boys Recap: Wadena-Deer Creek ran away from the field with three runners in the top ten including senior Bereket Loer winning the individual title in 17:40.4. The Wolverines also put their top five in the top 13 with a 1:22 split and solid average time of 18:34. Little Falls junior Jackson Grant was second in 17:53.9 followed by W-DC junior Nathaniel Bervig in third with an 18:08.0. Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton was second as a team, also placing three in the top ten in form ahead of W-DC but they gained too much time in their team split of 2:11 to stay with the eventual team winner.

SCORES: W-DC (35), D-G-F (65), Parkers Prairie (83)

Girls Recap: Little Falls took the team victory on the girls side while the individual title went to Wadena-Deer Creek junior Kira Sweeney in 19:49.3. Little Falls tallied all five in the top nine and added their last two scorers in the top 17 in solid win led by junior Courtney Loeffler's fourth place individual finish. Nevis freshman Jade Rypkema was second individually followed by Long Prairie-Grey Eagle eighth grader Caroline Kuehne in 21:25.4. Host W-DC was second in the team standings with their top five in the top 14.
