The 2022 Champs Midwest Regional will be run at UW-Parkside for the 36th straight year. It has formerly been the Foot Locker and Eastbay regional in the past.
Minnesota will be sparsely represented at the meet this year with just 30 individuals running the meet. The talent is still there though with some of Minnesota top runners of 2022 running there for their shot at nationals.
