Ellie Haland is a senior at Math & Science Academy of Woodbury. She has participated in the state cross country meet twice, and was 6th in the 800 meter run for Class A last spring.

Mason Ferlic of MPA shatters the course record running a 15:36 on a cold windy day and somewhat soggy course. Brandon Clark of The Blake School also broke the previous record course record running a 16:04. These two runners were so far out in front, the lead biker decided midway through the race to get behind them.
