Harris Anderson is a runner to watch out for going into this season, someone who really emerged onto the scene of the best runners in Class A just near the end of Cross Country, and during Track season. As a sophomore, Anderson finished 10th in the state running 16:20, and then PR'd with a time of 16:02 at Nike Heartland. It was during track season where he really opened some eyes, proceeding to run a 4:31 1600, and then a 9:42 3200 at State, which placed him 5th. Anderson was also a part of Math and Science Academy's state champion 4 x 800 team (8:02) With the improvement that Anderson showed this past season, he's a guy that could continue to surprise people, which is why he is someone that people should have their eye out for going into this season.
