Stillwater (MN)
Finishing just behind Wayzata at the Class AA championships with a bounce back race from sections, the Ponies, led by Addison Stansbury, will be right in the thick of the teams competing for a trip to NXN. This Stillwater team is the strongest it has been in the last couple of years, as shown by wins at the Milaca Mega Meet and the Suburban East Conference Championships.
With wins over Edina in recent meets -- Lions Meet of Champions and states -- which has qualified for NXN the last two years, this may be the season where Stillwater has what it takes to push them over the edge and earn a top-two finish.
