Sections meets have started and now it's time to see who punched their ticket to the state meet. Click on the links below which individuals and teams are participating in the 2023 MSHSL State Cross Country Championships at Les Bolstad Gold Course on November 4th.

Runners can punch their ticket to the state meet by being on one of the top two teams from each section of by being one of the top 6 individual finishes not on either of the top two teams.
The state participants list will be updated as the meet results come in!
