This year's Class AA Boys State Meet is stacking up to be one of the best ever, with six of the top ten runners from last year's race returning. Will another Wayzata individual cross the tape first? Can a junior win for the first time since Aaron Bartnik in 2009? Will dominance on the track translate to fast times and high finishes on the grass? These storylines and more make the impending season one of the most anticipated in recent history. Nearly all of the top Class AA athletes are coming into their last year, and they'll do whatever they can to leave their mark. And with Minnesota's top NXN finisher from the Heartland region last year graduated, there is a great chance for more Minnesota competitors to show themselves on the national stage.
